After all that he’d been through in the last god knew how many years of his life- the aliens, super villains, death, utter destruction and chaos-, Dick didn’t think that there was anything that could surprise him anymore. He had seen and heard far too much to not believe that everything had a chance of happening.
Even…Tim and Roy, apparently.
Admittedly, that scenario had never crossed his mind, so he was surprised when he walked in on the two…Incredibly so. And confused. And maybe a little angry. Okay, a lot angry. Because, sure, it was possible, but- but this was Roy and Tim. His close friend and his baby brother. His close friend and his baby brother- jesus. It would’ve been nice if they told him; didn’t their relationship with him warrant that much, at least?
Dick wasn’t sure how long he had stood there staring, but he sure as hell hoped it made them uncomfortable. Roy especially.
When he finally spoke, his voice was heavy with unspoken threats. ”Harper. Out. Now. You’ve got three minutes to explain yourself. And Timothy-” He frowned as he addressed his brother. “We’re going to have a chat after I deal with this.”
